I don't actually know why, maybe it's the movement, the colors, the intentional design with hard edge shapes. I'm in love! I haven't felt so satisfied with one of my pieces. This one is small and I will defiantly go big with this one. I feel so totally inspired with endless possibilities using this composition. Can you tell how excited I am!?1

Sheltered, 30"x40" geometric hard edge oil painting by Victoria Kloch

Here in Alameda county, California we just got word that we will be on lockdown presumably till the end of May.  Being sheltered means little to me as I spend most of my time willingly self absorbed in my work at home. This is my nature, but still I'm finding it hard to focus.. I'm hearing from others who are painters, that I am not a lone in feeling this way.  Hang in there everyone, you are not a lone.
